Washington said “Excellence is to do a common thing in an uncommon way.”  Now selling real estate is not a common occupation when it comes to the skill set, knowledge and expertise necessary to do so, but there are a lot of agents and an awful lot of homes being bought and sold each day.  Unfortunately, not everyone will have the good fortune to partner with you [Laura] when they enter the market.  For you and your style are not common at all. 

 You have been wonderful to work with, proactive, attentive, perceptive of my unstated needs, knowledgeable, easy, fun and just plain comfortable.  I can tell you enjoy what you do very much because you do it so well and with such ease.  Having traded homes six times over the past 15 years, I can honestly say that this has been the most pleasant of these experiences. Again, thank you so much for everything you've done.
